TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ALL YUMMY TABLAS ORDERS

ORDER POLICY: Due to the time it takes to prepare food orders, all orders need to be received 48 hours prior to your event and are subject to confirmation by Yummy Tablas. (Please note that some menu selections may require additional notice or a substitution may be required and or depending on volume of orders for that date, Yummy Tablas reserves the right to decline any order placed within 24 hours).

CANCELLATIONS:  Order may be cancelled with no charges up to seven (7) full business days prior to the event. Cancellation of services made after this term will be non-refundable.

RESCHEDULING: Orders may be rescheduled for delivery fives (5) days prior to set delivery time and date. 

​

PAYMENT: All Yummy Tablas orders must be paid in full prior to fulfillment and order confirmation. 

​

CATERING: If ordering a  Grazing Table for an event or wedding, please inquiry for our catering policy and contract. 

​

SALES TAX: The State of Florida requires sales tax to be applied to all service charges and products. Tax exempt organizations must provide documentation to retain on file. 

​

DELIVERY FEE: Is per mile as stipulated on our order form.

GENERAL POLICIES

BREAKAGE/LOSS/LIABILITY: Client assumes full responsibility for any damage or loss of products after delivery.

FOOD ALLERGIES & DIETARY RESTRICTIONS: Client agrees to notify guests that Yummy Tablas boards contain traces of common allergens such as nuts, wheat and gluten.  Client is advised to inquire with all guests about food allergies and dietary restrictions. Yummy Tablas shall provide reasonable menu substitutions made at the time of ordering.  Client acknowledges that all menu items are prepared in a commercial kitchen with traces of allergens and therefore Yummy Tablas cannot guarantee allergen-free food items and assumes no responsibility for any adverse reactions of guests as a result of food allergies.

PRIVACY: Any orders place on the Yummy Tablas website or directly with our staff will be kept private and used solely for the purpose of completing your order. All client emails will be saved in our system and included in Yummy Tablas mailings regarding updates, information or promotions related to our company. Your email or order information will never be shared or sold to any outside party at any time. Should you wish to be removed from our email list, you can opt-out at any time or contact us. Our payments made by credit cards are by a secure encrypted credit card processing system to ensure the safety and privacy of all transactions.
