Mother's Day Cheese & Charcuterie, Floral Bouquet and Champagne Workshop

Spend the afternoon in the Grand Lobby of The Mirasol with Yummy Tablas, Scarlet Kreation's, and A Vine Affair for a workshop, creating the perfect Mother's Day Gift.

With a welcome glass of champagne upon arrival, you will enjoy an afternoon workshop creating the perfect Mother's Day Gift, in the “crown jewel” of Davis Islands, the revived1920s luxury hotel, The Mirasol, Davis Island.

You will be guided by Heidi from Yummy Tablas on how to curate the perfect Grazing platter.

Our wooden platter boards are 6 inches diameter and will be provided for you build your platter on, and to take home and keep.

-2/3 artisan cheeses will be used, as well as cured meats, antipasti, fruit, Rustic Bakery crackers, nuts and garnishes.

-All produce and tools are included. We have carefully designed these workshops so that they are easy to follow and enjoyable to do, with no previous grazing platter experience necessary.

While you enjoy your board, Gina from A Vine Affair will take you through a champagne tasting, while pairing them with the cheese and charcuterie on your board.  Guests will be able to enjoy 2 different champagnes, while learning all about what makes this bubbly so special, as well as tips when it comes to pairing your champagne with food!  You will also be given a half bottle of champagne to take home for Mother's Day.

No Mother's Day is complete without flowers, and Keoma, owner and lead designer of Scarlet Kreation's, will guide you in creating a unique floral boutique.

- Arrangements will be housed in a 7 x 7 basket/vase

- Seasonal flowers will be used to curate the unique floral arrangement

- All supplies needed to curate your unique design will be provided
